Netscape Nagivator 3.0 Setup for Windsows 3.x

Installation Instructions

• Close all open application including any anti-virus software before starting the setup procedure
• If your computer is running in a network environment, you need to log off from your network before you can proceed with this installation.
• Insert diskette #1 into the computer's 3.5"floppy disk drive: such as A:\ or B:\
• Click on Run from file nemu in program manager
• Type in A:/setup
• The installation procedure will guide you through the rest of the installation
• Turn off the computer and restart your computer to continue
• Click on Account Setup Wizard to set up your account informantion:
• Type in your username
• Type in your password
• Type in your own telephone number
• After you have completed your installation, you may click on the phone dialer to begin your Internet session
• If you need further assistance on how run Netscape, please click on the "Online Books" icon for more information
• If you need further assistance on how to set up the account, please call us at 533-8617 or you may bring your computer in and we would help you set up the software

Installation Tips

• Make sure your modem is properly istalled, connected, turned on, and operational. If you have difficulty with your modem, please refer to your modem handbook, call your modem manufacturer, or consult with your modem's vender/installer.
